This Friday, HSC welcomes Harvard Business School’s Manjari Raman, Program Director of HBS’ Project on the Future of Work and its Project on U.S. Competitiveness, for a virtual presentation and engagement with our membership as they continue working through persistent staffing shortages.
While few sectors have been immune from the seismic shifts in workforce over the last 26 months, the health and human services sector is at a competitive disadvantage in navigating this turbulence in the labor market. Furthermore, improving capacity is paramount in meeting elevated community needs.
We are tremendously grateful to Director Raman and her team at Harvard Business School for what we know will be a practical and powerful presentation.
