Position Title: Volunteer Experience Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible intern passionate about civic engagement to join our growing organization. As the Volunteer Experience Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and community engagement functions of the Nonprofit Partnerships department.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring effective and timely communications to internal and external partners and team members.
– Partner with the Nonprofit Partnership Director to prospect new nonprofit partners.
– Maintain databases of volunteer experiences for community and business partners.
– Maintain databases related to nonprofits and impact areas.
– Lead volunteer experiences when necessary.
– Participate in business-critical operations, including Besa supply drives, annual fundraisers, and other duties as assigned by volunteer team leadership.

– Proficient in using technology, including Basecamp, Airtable, Google Drive, Adobe Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
