Franklinton Farms

Franklinton Farms, led by the visionary Executive Director Gabrielle Fields, is a beacon of innovation. They nurture neighborhood well-being and connection through a unique blend of farming, gardening, and education. Their commitment to making nourishment accessible by growing and delivering affordable, hyperlocal produce is inspiring. Operating on 12 scattered sites that were once blighted lots, they have transformed these spaces into vibrant hubs of community engagement. Their free garden education programs and community events further underscore their dedication to fostering social connectedness and belonging.

We Amplify Voices

We Amplify Voices, guided by the dynamic Executive Director Nicholas D’Andrea, is a beacon of hope in our community. Their unwavering commitment to amplifying the voices of marginalized communities and fostering a more inclusive society is truly commendable. Through their mentorship, in-school, afterschool, and summer programs, they provide a safe space for youth to develop their skills, confidence, and leadership abilities. Their collaborations with schools, community organizations, and businesses ensure that marginalized communities’ voices are heard and valued. Their work is transformative, revolving around the power of inclusivity and empowerment.
