Development Support for Nonprofits

The Human Service Chamber is excited to partner with Libby V & Associates to provide development support, resources, and consultation for nonprofits.

Libby V & Associates has developed a series of free workshops (in-person) for staff of HSC member agencies to attend. In addition to these workshops, group technical assistance sessions and 1:1 consultations will also be available at no cost to participants of these workshops.

Technical Assistance Sessions

Individuals that participate in a Workshop session will have the opportunity to receive technical assistance to apply what was learned during the workshop to their specific organization. It is our experience that when participants leave a workshop, they have a lot of new information and ideas and are not always sure how to take action on it. Our TA sessions provide tools and guidance to support organizations in doing so. TA sessions can be in-person or virtual and are done in a group format to encourage discussions and cross-learning among the group members. TA sessions will be 90 minutes in duration.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

Participants who attend both a workshop and a TA session for a topic will also have the opportunity to get 1:1 coaching to go deeper in their journey to apply information to their organizational strategies, structure, and operations. An organization may have more than 1 person attend the 1:1 session – however, we will meet with just your organization during this time to work through your specific needs, challenges, and opportunities. 1:1 sessions are encouraged to be in person, but we can accommodate doing them virtually. 1:1 sessions are 30 minutes in duration.

Interested individuals can register for any or all of these workshops using this Google Form. As these workshops are in person, capacity is limited. Tools & templates will be provided to participants of each session.
